After nearly 30 years of a career that started in nonprofit and university administration with management roles in marketing, development, and programming and then jumped to life in an average ad agency, Gayle Williams saw something completely different. She launched her own boutique agency to provide the best service and results utilizing a true blend of the best traditional and digital marketing tools had to offer. Vision Marketing was born in September of 2008. From a modest start, the business has grown to a full-time staff with additional contract partners in graphic design, website development and SEO.
Gayle has managed marketing and PR campaigns for a variety of industrial, professional services, corporate and not-for-profit organization clients and is always looking for the newest and best tools and strategies to make her clients successful.
Besides loving making her clients happy, Gayle has been a freelance writer and music critic, currently with the Herald-Tribune Media Group, and still plays her flute with the Venice Symphony.

Jasmine McAllister

Vision has grown and with that growth comes the need for smooth project management, streamlined procedures and extreme attention to detail to help a growing team run smoothly. Joining the staff in October 2011, Jasmine McAllister is managing office operations as well as providing her expertise is other key areas of the business. In addition to being an accomplished actor and video producer, Jasmine is the founder and Editor in Chief of Modern Hippie Mag. She uses her marketing and writing skills to help clients grow their business and brings a high level of savvy to online and social media campaigns.

Michelle Mols comes to Vision Marketing with a varied background from Vet tech to professional ballroom dancer. Polished and professional with an education in business and sales, she has always been a real customer service and business development pro. Having joined us in March 2012, she is quickly expanding her skills to manage daily client needs as well.
